I'm Sarah Buscho. I recently completed my graduate training in counseling psychology at the Wright Institute. I'm awaiting my associate number from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist so that I can begin working at Cinssa Counseling Center in San Rafael. I expect to start seeing clients there in October, 2026, under the supervision of Cindy Jepsen MFT license number 117213.
At Cinssa Counseling Center I'll offer thoughtful, practical therapy for individuals, children, couples, and families. The work draws on psychodynamic and solution-focused approaches. We'll make sense of where patterns come from, and the ways your nervous system has learned to keep you safe. Insight is useful when it leads somewhere, and change tends to "stick" when the pattern is understood.
Planned offerings:
Sessions will be available in person in San Rafael, California and via video throughout California. There is a sliding scale starting at $120 for individuals, in network with Medi-Cal, and I'll be out-of-network with insurance offering superbills for reimbursement.
